Projects can be challenging; I’m here to lighten the load. I've been described as having “empathy with purpose” due to an innate ability to identify what makes individuals unique and align teams towards common objectives. I am a values-based leader, facilitator and connector who gets a buzz from enabling clients to solve some of their most interesting and difficult challenges. I love challenging clients by guiding them beyond their perceived problems, using human centred design principals to develop, and test hypotheses through both primary and secondary research to identify and validate real problems.
