Having taken over the role of leading our Salesforce practice at a turbulent time for the business, I rallied the team and built a strategy that focused heavily on connecting with the border Salesforce Ecosystem. Our approach to market resulted in a tremendous period of growth delivering 100% year on year growth in both FY 17 and FY 18 with the trajectory set for continued exponential growth in FY19 and beyond. I was also responsible for leading several client engagements delivering successful Salesforce implementations across a range of Government and Public Sector clients, working very closely with our Design team to embed a customer-centric approach into every engagement.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – WIRELESS LOGIC (UK)
Leveraging a solutions sales approach and a passion for IOT, I worked collaboratively with our technical and operations teams to support and develop our top 50 accounts. These clients covered all of the main Machine to Machine Communications verticals: vehicle tracking, security, tele-health, lone worker applications, payment systems and environmental monitoring. I ran a number of special projects including redesigning our Salesforce application to allow for a more intuitive and integrated experience for the Sales and Operations teams, this included integration with Wireless Logic’s proprietary SaaS solutions SIMPro and BillPro.

KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER – COMPUTERSHARE (UK)
As a Key Account Manager, I was responsible for account growth and development through the delivery of multi-point marketing campaigns and by developing strong external and internal relationships. As part of my role I was also responsible for: credit control, managing costs, driving profitability, delivering system updates, and making sure clients were up to date with changes to legislation.
Due to my CRM experience and active involvement in improving existing systems and management reporting, I was asked to join a Global Working Group established to evaluating several CRM solutions with the aim to meet the growing need for a tool to connect Computershare global businesses and account teams.

PRODUCT MANAGER/KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER ABC CONNECTION (UK)
My primary responsibility was the management of both Channel Partners and our largest Accounts as well as working with our clients, technical and sales teams to identify product improvements or the opportunity for new products. My other focuses included project management, help desk management and second-line support, writing user guides, project and policy documentation and the hands-on management and control of both Alfa and Beta testing.
To perform my role effectively I developed strong relationships with the development team, key client stakeholders and senior management. Reporting directly to the CEO on project performance and escalation of issues.

Prior to ABC Connection, I managed several restaurants and bars in both the UK and South Africa and eventually moved to Pitney Bowes where I completed my sales training.
